The Junction

JunctionThe PointThe Junction is the new part of our church building, completed in 2011.

The name was chosen in the hope that it will be a ‘junction’ for people on their spiritual journeys – a place to encounter the love of God, to meet others and to experience the care of the church family.

The Junction is open on weekdays (during Christ Church school terms) serving tea, coffee and other refreshments from 9am to 12pm and 2pm to 5pm. Do come in and see us.  Unlike the impression these photos give it’s never empty!

junctionThe building has seven meeting areas – some suitable for large gatherings, others for small meetings – and houses the church office. If you’re interested in hiring one or more of our rooms please contact the Facilities Manager, debbie.bloomfield@cccw.org.uk Tel. 01923-282149 or download The Junction leaflet & booking form 2017 (inside) and The Junction leaflet

This is what people who’ve used the building say:

“Chorleywood Bookshop enjoys using The Junction for our author events. The venue has a choice of different sized halls and open bright spaces, all with excellent facilities including power point and clean kitchens, warm and comfortable in winter.  Access to easy, plentiful parking is a real bonus.  And a warm welcome from Debbie, it is always a delight.”

“Chorleywood Fine Arts now uses The Junction, Christ Church for all its events. As a venue, it provides excellent technical equipment for lectures and presentations and flexible space which can be tailored to the requirements of numbers attending and the nature of the presentation. Catering is available if needed. The staff are helpful and anxious to look after those using the facility.”
