Impact Youth Ministry exist to share the way of Jesus with our friends and family, to show them His love and to grow passionate followers of God who seek to worship Him with their whole lives.
This is my last weekly email for a while – next week you’ll be hearing from Simon Tulett who is taking over as my maternity cover. Although I’m not disappearing and will still be around, I’d love to see as many of you as possible so do pop along this week if you can. We’ve got a full week of programmes, with fun and games at Going Deeper, life groups for YPF and an All Age celebration on Sunday.
You guys are literally the best and I love you to pieces! I love the courage with which you tackle tough questions head on and the way you keep your hearts soft even in the struggles some of you face day to day. Keep asking questions, keep seeking God and keeping saying hello to me when you see my around, hey? I look forward to introducing you to baby girl Green.
You’ll have such a blast with Si!
Loads of love,
Impact youth this week:
Football (year 10-13) – Monday 30th November

This is a joint venture with St. Andrews Church. We’re currently running just one pitch, for young people in year 8 and up. It’s a great place to run off some extra energy, build friendships and encourage each other.
Going Deeper (year 6-9) – Tuesday 1st December
We’ve finally got a new table football & pool table! Hurray!! Also Abbie will be planning a big group game and as always the interns will be put up to some gross challenge to finish the evening off. In between, we’ll be look at a story in the Bible from Acts 4:1-31 where Peter and John face some pretty big challenges while telling people about Jesus. Our seminars are going to be asking the questions, ‘Peter and John were good people, why did bad things happen to them?’ / ‘Where did Peter find the confidence to speak up after having just seen Jesus murdered by the same people?’ / ‘Does it matter that my friends and family don’t believe in Jesus?’
Where: Christ Church – The Junction
When: 6.30pm – 8.00pm
Going Deeper is a great place to catch up with mates, make new friends, hang out, and meet with Jesus!
