Wonder what we’re all about?
Impact Youth Ministry exist to share the way of Jesus with our friends and family, to show them His love and to grow passionate followers of God who seek to worship Him with their whole lives.
Dear Impact youth and it’s friends,
Today I wanted to recommend a couple of songs to you that have meant a lot to me over the last year or so since I first heard them. Up In arms and Stay and Wait by a band called Hillsong (here’s the YouTube links: Up In Arms, Stay and Wait). Yesterday, in a moment where the things that are stressful in my life had perhaps got a little on top of me, God gently reminded me of a gift so simple yet so precious that he offers to everyone who knows Him. That we can leave these things in His hands to look after. As I was praying, it was these two songs that really helped me to talk to God and entrust him with the things that were too much of a burden for me.
If today is one of those days where feel just overburdened, why not try having a listen to these two songs and entrusting your burdens onto God.
As always, if there is anything you would like myself or the rest of the Youth Ministry team to pray for, do just let me know.
